Return Policy

Returns:
We do our very best to compose your order correctly and to ship it on time. If you have received your order, we advise you to check it for correctness and completeness. If your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, you must take photos and report this to LashroomNL. This is possible up to 8 days after receipt of the goods.

In the event that an item is returned, you have good mutual consultation with our customer service in advance. Please state your order number and the name of the product.

Please note: Unregistered, unstamped and/or cash on delivery shipments will not be processed.

Use the following return procedure:
Always contact our customer service first. Customer service can be reached by email: l ashroom-nl@outlook.com. During office hours we aim to answer your email within 24 hours.

During working days from 09:00 to 18:00 we can be reached via whatsapp, where you will receive an immediate answer. To start a Whatsapp message, click on the Whatsapp button at the bottom right of the website.

*All purchased items that are returned must be returned in their original packaging.
*Products that have already been opened/used or damaged cannot be returned and are not eligible for a full refund.
* Do not write any texts and do not stick stickers or adhesive tape on the original packaging/products.
*Pack the items in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.

Please contact customer service for the return address.

NB! Unregistered, unstamped, cash on delivery or damaged shipments will not be processed.

* The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment. We therefore advise you to always keep the proof of postage.
*If the reason for return is caused by an error on our part, we will refund the full shipping costs.
*After receipt of the return, the invoice will be credited within 7 days.

Settlement and Credit
If the return shipment contains more than 50% of the original delivery, we will in any case deduct €15.00 excluding VAT from the credit note of this return shipment for the shipping, packaging and administration costs that we incurred to deliver the shipment.
